British Gypsum raises over £14,178 for CRASH

Mike Chaldecott, MD of British Gypsum, has completed the 2010 Virgin London Marathon and so far has raised over £14,178 for CRASH! Mike finished the marathon in an amazing 3 hours, 37 minutes.

CRASH is given one entry into the London Marathon every five years. As this opportunity doesn’t come around very often, we wanted to make the most of it and Mike set a tough fundraising target of £10,000, which thanks to the generosity of the Construction Industry he has now surpassed!

Every penny Mike has raised through sponsorship will help make a difference to the lives of homeless men & women throughout the UK.

Our congratulations and heartfelt thanks to Mike who undertook this immense challenge on behalf of CRASH; we really appreciate all the time, energy and commitment he has given to CRASH.

Mike Chaldecott, MD British Gypsum:
“When CRASH asked me to participate in the 2010 Virgin London Marathon, I jumped at the chance. Not only am I an avid sportsman but CRASH is a charity I truly believe in.”
