We would like to give our heartfelt thanks to Alton Greenhouses, a subsidiary of Marshalls PLC, who generously donated a greenhouse to CRASH supported project Hope House, based in Nottingham.
CRASH recently supported the development of an allotment area at Hope House. This has enabled visitors to Hope House to learn basic gardening skills and develop a vegetable garden, the produce of which is used to help feed the homeless men & women who access the day centre.
Alton Greenhouses not only donated a greenhouse free of charge, but two members of staff, David Savage and Nicky Brydon, very kindly donated their spare time during a weekend to build it, saving the project a total cost of £1,500.
