The winners of the 21st Construction News Awards were crowned on 13 July at the Grosvenor House Hotel, at a glamorous awards ceremony in front of leaders from across the industry.
The Construction News Awards celebrated truly inspiring projects and initiatives and saw several companies scooping more than one award, including: Lanes, Wates Group, and Willmott Dixon. Wates also took home our Judges Supreme Award.
Construction News editor Tom Fitzpatrick commented:
“These awards recognise the brilliant contribution to society that this industry makes on a daily basis.
“From homes to schools and hospitals, to rail and roads and stadiums to supercomputers, we are proud to recognise the achievements of the companies working hard to improve the construction industry and help grow the UK economy.”
The Awards also raised over £8,700 for CRASH Charity through donations from guests.
CRASH Fundraising & Events Manager Kate Marsh said:
“The awards are an incredibly valuable platform to raise both vital funds and awareness of CRASH’s work with homeless and hospice charities. We are so grateful to all the guests and to the Construction News team for this support.”
