Ecobuild may now be owned and operated by Futurebuild Events Ltd however its loyalty to and support of the industry’s charity CRASH remains as strong as ever.
Managing director Martin Hurn says: “Having spent 12 years in the building and construction industry, the past five running Ecobuild with UBM, I founded Futurebuild specifically to make this acquisition possible and put in place a strategic vision that will ensure the brand reaches its full potential in the UK and beyond.”
Martin’s ambitions for Ecobuild are mirrored by those he has for CRASH Charity.
“CRASH is a unique charity and one that the industry has every reason to be proud of,” he says. “I have worked with CRASH for many years and the work they do to help people with such little resource is simply amazing. “CRASH make real changes to people’s lives by bringing together the expertise and generosity of the construction industry to create, renovate and construct caring environments for vulnerable people right across the country.”
If you would like to find out more about CRASH charity and their work with homeless and hospice charities, they will be at Ecobuild from 7th to 9th March.
