CRASH Patrons create wash bags for hundreds of homeless people this Christmas

Employees from CRASH Patron companies: Argent, Bauder, Beale & Co, Hanson, Recticel and Reds10 have generously created hundreds of wash bags for homeless people this Christmas.

The wash bags contained items such as soap, shower gel and toothpaste and were delivered to 10 homelessness charities, that CRASH supports across the UK, who help homeless people rebuild their lives and escape homelessness for good.

Becky Holt, Marketing and Communications Manager at CRASH charity said:

‘‘Whilst we may take cleaning our teeth or having a shower for granted, many homeless people have limited access to this basic human right and dignity. To a person who has nothing receiving a wash bag as a gift has made a huge difference to their Christmas.’’

Andy Mackenzie, Managing Director of Bauder said:

‘‘We are proud to collaborate with CRASH in helping fantastic charities such as Emmaus Suffolk. I am delighted that Bauder can have a positive impact on our community and help Emmaus reach out to people in need.’’
