Murphy World Cup raises £5,400 for CRASH

This June saw CRASH Patron Partner J. Murphy & Sons Limited host the inaugural Murphy World Cup, raising an incredible £5,400 for CRASH Charity.

Teams from Murphy’s supply chain partners and the company itself competed in the five-a-side football tournament competing for the trophy. The Murphy specialist business unit team, the ‘Full Fried Breakfast’, came out victorious and were crowned 2019 champions.

Kate Marsh, Senior Partnership Manager at CRASH said:

‘‘It was wonderful to see such enthusiasm from all those who took part and I’m delighted the event was such a success in its inaugural year. To have the number of teams involved and to raise such a fantastic sum of money for CRASH is great! We’re so thankful.”

A massive thank you to Murphy and event sponsor Radius PTS for hosting such a terrific afternoon and for helping CRASH continue to create places that care for people.
