The Brick Awards raises £5,505 for CRASH

CRASH is delighted to announce that the Brick Awards 2019 raised an impressive £5,505 for CRASH on Wednesday 13th November at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London.

Returning for the 43rd year, the awards were hosted by Giles Brandreth and were a true celebration of the very best use of brick in the built environment.

Attendees from across the industry were treated to a champagne reception and a three-course meal and after hearing from CRASH Chief Executive, Francesca Roberts, guests gave so generously raising £5,505 for CRASH.

Francesca Roberts, CRASH Chief Executive said:

‘‘Thank you to all at the Brick Awards and the generosity of everyone who attended. CRASH is so grateful to have the support of the industry so that we can continue creating places that care for people, when they are most in need.’’

Tom Farmer, Marketing Manager at the Brick Development Association said:

“Francesca’s presentation added an altruistic dimension to the evening’s celebrations and focused our guests’ attention on CRASH’s incredible achievements. I have no doubt that the money raised will significantly, positively change people’s lives. What better way to celebrate clay brick’s contribution to a safe, certain built environment, than by rallying the industry to support this charity’s endeavour to create safe and certain places for those who most need them.”

Congratulations to all the winners of the Brick Awards 2019.

Thank you to CRASH Patron, Forterra for generously donating £200 theatre tickets to the charity draw.
