CRASH has charity places in running events all over the country but the spotlight is on The ASICS London 10K- CRASH’s most popular running event in 2019! It’s a great event to start your running journey, with longer days and warmer weather as you train. Why not get a group together and start a company running club to keep eachother motivated and raise money for CRASH?
