CRASH honoured to be charity partner at the ninth annual Structural Timber Awards

The Structural Timber Awards showcased compelling examples of what can be accomplished using the most natural and sustainable of materials; the awards celebrated not only excellent projects and motivational people, but also the coming together of an industry – and CRASH was delighted to debut as charity partner!

CRASH Corporate Patrons MiTek and Knauf Insulation joined The Structural Timber Awards line-up of event sponsors at the National Conference Centre Birmingham.

The evening commenced with a drink’s reception followed by a welcome speech and a few words about charity partner CRASH by Andrew Carpenter, Chief Executive at the Structural Timber Association. A delicious dinner and the highly anticipated Awards ceremony then followed. Finally, there was post ceremony drinks and entertainment to wrap up the evening.

Thank you to all the guests who donated so generously at the event and raised a wonderful £1,160 in aid of CRASH – with these donations, CRASH can better support some of the most vulnerable people in our society, those who are homeless and children and adults receiving hospice care.

Thank you to Radar Communications Ltd for organising the event and for also making a donation to CRASH.

Congratulations to all the winners and highly commended at the Structural Timber Awards 2023!

CRASH was delighted to be chosen as the charity partner at the 2023 Structural Timber Awards for the first time. We love the opportunity to work with new award partners and raise awareness of our work with homelessness charities and hospices with new audiences – thank you so much to those who donated so generously, and to the Structural Timber Awards for partnering with CRASH.”
