Francesca Roberts, Chief Executive of CRASH joins Worshipful Company of Constructors as a Freeman
The Worshipful Company of Constructors (WCoC) is a modern City of London Livery Company for professionals working in the construction industry. Francesca Roberts, Chief Executive of CRASH Charity has joined as a Freeman of the WCoC in a recent ceremony.
The ceremony saw 14 new members join from all sectors of the construction industry, including architects, surveyors, engineers, builders, lawyers and accountants.
The WCoC is one of over 100 livery companies in the City of London today and was granted Livery by The Court of Aldermen in 1990, followed by a Royal Charter of Incorporation by Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II in 2010.
The main aim of the Company is to improve and safeguard the skills of the construction industry, and to take care of representatives and their dependants in times of need. The Company is also proud of its charitable achievements in the field of Scholarship and supporting apprentices within the construction industry.
