Young Employees Forum fundraise in aid of CRASH

Buro Happold’s Young Employees Forum (YEF) have completed a fundraising initiative which saw graduates lead the business in raising over £6,000 by undertaking six months of fundraising activities across their UK offices.

Each region organised unique activities to promote the challenge alongside company-wide activities to bring colleagues together.

The activities and events provide inspiration for anyone thinking of organising an office-based fundraiser including delicious bake sales, auction night, World-cup sweepstakes and even a pottery throwdown.

CRASH was pleased to thank everyone who made the YEFundraising a success with a ‘lunch and learn’ presentation, to round off the six months. The donations raised by the Buro Happold team will help to construct places that care for people. CRASH is the construction industry’s charity, entirely sustained by the generosity of the individuals and companies within the industry.

“I am immensely proud of the YEF team for their exceptional dedication in organising a series of activities that have collectively raised over £6,000 for the charity CRASH. I am also grateful to my colleagues at Buro Happold for their support and generous contributions to the cause. From delectable bake sales to thrilling auctions and sweepstakes, these fundraising efforts have brought us closer together as a team, united in our mission to make a positive impact on the world. I’m grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community and create lasting memories within the company.”
