Kilnbridge Named CRASH Corporate Patron of the Month for June

CRASH is delighted to name Kilnbridge as our Corporate Patron of the Month for June 2026, recognising their generous fundraising efforts, valued event support, and ongoing professional expertise in support of CRASH projects.

Kilnbridge became a Corporate Patron of CRASH in December of 2020, and they continue to demonstrate what meaningful patronage looks like, combining financial contributions with technical knowledge to help deliver safe, high-quality environments for homelessness charities and hospices across the . Since June 2025 Kilnbridge has provided support totalling over £27,000.

Project Support

Kilnbridge has provided a project gift in kind totalling over £16,000 since June 2025, supporting two projects that are helping people experiencing homelessness access safe and supportive environments.

This includes contributions to two projects at Your Place, a charity where people experiencing homelessness can access the one-to-one support they need to rebuild their life and reconnect with the world. The Kilnbridge team; Alastair Courtney, Steven Ferreira, Stephan Trueman, Tom Logie, Vitoria Brown and Daniel Ingman, provided fire engineering and structural engineering expertise to support the replacement of the ventilation system and improve the natural light at Hope Street and remediation works to the external façade.

Additionally, this includes works at The Seaview Project in Hastings, a homelessness charity which offers a range of support services help marginalised people with addiction problems, mental health issues, ex-and at-risk offenders and rough sleepers. CRASH is supporting The Seaview Project with a full renovation of a new move-on house to accommodate more bedrooms. Shane McKinley from Kilnbridge carried out an asbestos survey on the property and produced a report for the charity. George Stefopoulos supported with a structural engineer’s report to help progress the design for the project.

Kilnbridge have also supported at Renova Trust, who are refurbishing an existing move-on accommodation house to create a fourth bedroom. Renova Trust provides holistic, long-term support for homeless men in Berkshire, offering a safe home and tailored packages designed to address the root causes of homelessness and prevent its recurrence. By fostering thriving, respectful communities across its properties, Renova empowers residents to achieve independent living and self-sufficiency. Richard Garvey at Kilnbridge has been providing structural engineering expertise to support the design team.

Through this fantastic support across multiple projects, Kilnbridge has played an important role in helping these charities move their projects forward and improve the spaces and services that they provide to communities in the UK.

Fundraising and Events

Kilnbridge has raised a total of £11,586 since June 2025, through a combination of their annual Corporate Patronage, Christmas card appeal donation, and fundraising efforts.

This includes their recent National Three Peaks Challenge, where Team Kilnbridge took on the incredible feat of climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon within 24 hours. This amazing effort truly reflects resilience, teamwork and determination, and forms part of a wider fundraising target of £15,000 to raise in support of nine charities, including CRASH. Thank you to everyone who supported them, donated and cheered them on along the way – your generosity will help us continue our work creating places that care for people.

Additionally, Kilnbridge attended the Big Construction Diversity Challenge on the 19th June. As the charity partner for this event, CRASH was delighted to see Kilnbridge supporting us in this way.
