CRASH celebrates every Corporate Patron at this year’s Patrons’ Reception

The CRASH Corporate Patrons’ Reception and Above and Beyond Awards is an annual celebration to recognise companies and individuals who have gone above and beyond to support CRASH and the charities we support with vital building projects across the UK. The evening also featured two of the charities CRASH has supported over the last 12 months, Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice in Yorkshire and The Manna day centre for homeless people in London. Guests heard first-hand how their commitment to CRASH impacts the lives of people experiencing homelessness and those receiving hospice care.

Special Recognition Medals:

Sally Hill at VolkerFitzpatrick was recognised for all her help and support over the years. Sally is passing the day-to-day CRASH relationship to Nicola Taylor but will be supporting in the background.
Bav Patel at Dulux was recognised for her work ensuring a never-ending supply of paint for our projects and of course the much-loved raffle Dulux puppies.
Alan Brookes at Arcadis was recognised for serving as a trustee for 10 years handing the baton of chairman to John O’Grady at Glencar.
Sam Hunt at NMBS was recognised for her incredible achievement of running the London Marathon on behalf of CRASH raising a phenomenal £7,000.

Loyalty Awards

British Gypsum: 30 years as an original founding Corporate Patron.
Galliford Try: 25 years as a Corporate Patron.
Heidelberg Materials: 25 years as a Corporate Patron.
ACO: 20 years as a Corporate Patron.
RedSky: 15 years as a Corporate Patron.

Above & Beyond Awards

Bauder: Most materials donated to projects in 2023/24. We currently have 4 live roofing projects all of which Bauder is helping with.
Recognition of all Corporate Patrons: As a new CRASH team, we wanted to recognise all our Corporate Patrons for their involvement with CRASH, for some their ability to get involved in projects is limited but they are no less valuable. So last night we awarded all our Corporate Patrons with a bespoke CRASH trophy to display in their offices and to be proud that you change lives. This award is usually given to an individual from one of the charities CRASH supported and who has gone above and beyond on the project they worked on with CRASH.
