YPiC Quiz 2025 raises an incredible £3,600 for CRASH
CRASH was delighted to attend the Inspiring Women in Construction and Engineering Awards, in partnership with Construction News and New Civil Engineer.
New for 2022, the awards followed on from a day conference and aimed to celebrate the role models and organisations empowering women in construction and engineering.
The day conference was packed with networking and engaging panel discussions, including ‘Inclusion led and not just initiative led ’ which saw Rachel Billington from CRASH Corporate Patron, AECOM on the panel and ‘Men as allies for change ’ with AECOM’s Richard Whitehead.
A huge thank you to the Inspiring Women in Construction and Engineering Awards for choosing to partner with CRASH and to the guests who generously donated £715 for our construction projects with homelessness charities and hospices.
“The Inspiring Women in Construction and Engineering event was about driving positive change in the industry to make it more welcoming for women and creating better opportunities for women too. I am delighted that in coming together to discuss those challenges, we were able to join forces with CRASH and raise vital funds to support the worthwhile work that CRASH delivers in creating positive change and support for those who are homeless or find themselves in need of hospice care.”
