Knauf Named CRASH Corporate Patron of the Month for April

We are delighted to name Knauf UK & Ireland and Knauf Insulation Northern Europe as our Corporate Patron of the Month for April, in recognition of their outstanding and continued support for CRASH Charity.

Knauf and Knauf Insulation joined CRASH as a Corporate Patron in November 1998. As we celebrate an incredible 25 years of partnership, we’re proud to reflect on the positive and lasting impact they’ve made through their generosity, expertise, and commitment to building a better future.

From donating products that transform lives to participating in fundraising events like the Construction Industry Dragon Boat Challenge, Knauf and Knauf Insulation play a key role in CRASH’s mission to create places that care for people.

In 2024 alone, Knauf and Knauf Insulation:

Raised £16,480 to support 40 vital projects
Donated over £40,000 worth of products to charitable organisations, including Emmaus Merseyside, Waltham Forest Churches Night Shelter, and Ashgate Hospice

Earlier this year, Knauf gifted a generous donation of ceiling tiles to Ashgate Hospice, their team worked to deliver these on a weekend in December 2024. That contribution became even more meaningful when Knauf attended the hospice this month to witness the grand opening of the newly refurbished Day Services Centre; a proud and poignant moment that brought the project full circle.

We were also thrilled to recently welcome Patrick Cantellow, Olly Julier, and Max Bowes from Knauf to our offices, where they generously volunteered their time to film a new video about CRASH. Their creative energy, professional skills, and willingness to support the editing process are helping us tell the story of how the construction industry comes together to make real social impact.
