Making an impact together: CRASH 2024-25 impact figures

At CRASH, we are transforming lives by constructing places that care for people.

Harnessing the skills, products, and generosity of the construction industry, we create safe, welcoming spaces for people experiencing homelessness and those receiving end-of-life care in hospices.

Thanks to the ongoing support of our Corporate Patrons and the wider industry, we’ve achieved even greater impact this year.

2024-25 Impact Highlights

Between April 2024 – March 2025 a total of £871,292 worth of support was delivered including:

48 construction projects supported (24 homelessness & 24 hospice projects)
36 homelessness and hospice charities helped
£330,987 in donated professional expertise
£335,877 in gifted construction products and materials
£204,428 in grant funding

This represents a year-on-year increase of more than £87,000 in total support — driven by a significant rise in in-kind contributions from our Corporate Patrons, Supporters & Charity Partners.

In addition to this, CRASH also received support to the value of £171,738 across our Christmas Washbag Campaign, volunteering beyond projects and media support throughout the year.

Building Better, Together

While the number of charities supported remained steady, several — including Thames Hospice — benefited from support across multiple projects. In total, 48 projects were delivered, marking CRASH’s most active year to date.

Every project we support helps to create environments that offer dignity, safety, and care to the people who need it most.
