Coming Together to Build Better Futures with INCA
The Construction Industry Dragon Boat Challenge in partnership with Building Magazine returned for its 24th year raising vital donations for industry charity, CRASH.
Teams from across the construction industry gathered at London’s Surrey Docks on Thursday 23rd May for a fun-filled day on the water. Rowing their way to the final whilst raising vital donations for CRASH’s work helping homelessness charities and hospices with their construction projects.
Hosted by event organiser, NewWave Events, this team-building day is a firm favourite in the construction industry calendar and raised an incredible £27,000 in aid of CRASH.
A donation to CRASH was included with every entry as teams fundraised their way across the finish line, and secured their charity raffle tickets for the chance to win an amazing array of prizes. From premier league football tickets to gift vouchers, kindly sponsored by AECOM, Dulux Decorator Centre, Galliford Try, London Building Control and TRIbuild Solutions.
CRASH extends a huge thank you to all those who made the day so special, including volunteers Ash Sood and Joseph Roberts from Beale & Co who helped sell raffle tickets!
