Sam Hunt completes London Marathon in aid of CRASH

Sam Hunt, Events Manager at the National Merchant Buying Society (NMBS) completes the TCS London Marathon 2024 in aid of CRASH in an incredible 4 hours 27 minutes.

With a record number of runners, the atmosphere was electric as people lined the streets of London to cheer runners along the 26.2-mile route. Sam’s family and colleagues supported from the side-lines and were joined by Francesca Roberts, Chief Executive at CRASH and Eloise Murphy, Charity Support Assistant.

Thanks to Sam’s dedicated training schedule and generosity from colleagues, family and friends, Sam has more than doubled her fundraising target, raising an incredible £6,387. A sum that will make a huge difference to CRASH’s charity construction projects for homelessness and hospice organisations.

A long term and loyal CRASH supporter, Sam went above and beyond with her fundraising; donating proceeds from her Vinted account and car boot sales in between an intense marathon training schedule and organising NMBS’ biggest exhibition of the year! Sam also held a raffle at the NMBS exhibition for a final fundraising boost just two weeks before the event. Congratulations on such an incredible result Sam – we think you’re amazing!
