Small Amounts Serve Up Substantial Donations
Thanks to the generosity of Roux at Parliament Square diners, more than £3,000 has been raised. This substantial donation is the combined amount diners agree to add to their bill whilst dining at the restaurant, an initiative championed by Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux Jr.
“Food is something we all have in common regardless of our culture or circumstance. And preparing food for others demonstrates compassion and consideration as well as offering a sense of wellbeing. Fundamentally though, food is unifying which is why helping to support our community’s most vulnerable members is such a wonderful concept.”

Each dining table has a small CRASH booklet explaining what the charity does and asking for a small donation.
