CRASH charity is hiring!
Thank you Festive Fundraisers!
CRASH is proud to be supported by the construction industry and the wonderful people in it this Christmas and all year round. A BIG thank you to teams from across the construction industry who got together in the name of CRASH – whether you rocked your CRASHmas Jumper, took on a Festive fun run or took part in some Christmas crazy golf, thank you for helping to construct places that care for people.
The construction industry’s innovative festive fundraising raised over £5,800 for CRASH, helping to deliver meaningful social impact to homelessness charities and hospices across the UK.
CRASHmas Jumper Day
A firm favourite in the CRASH calendar, CRASHmas Jumper Day brings teams together in the office, on site or from home to rock their festive knits in aid of their industry charity.
This year, you were encouraged to wear your Christmas jumper on a day that suits you, and there were certainly some good contenders for ‘Best Festive Team’, although there was one team that stood out…
From creative festive styling to The Grinch masks for those who didn’t quite get into the Festive spirit, the winner of Best Festive Team is…

Santa in the City – 5km festive fun run
CRASH supporters N-Able Group and YPiC (Young Professionals in Construction committee) buttoned up their Santa suit and braced the cold to run 5k in aid of CRASH – the two teams raised an incredible £1,263 for CRASH!
YPiC also chose to fundraise for CRASH at their December networking event, joined by CRASH’s Hannah Miller and Lucie Gillard, attendees had the chance to find out more about their industry charity and purchase raffle tickets for their chance to win some incredible prizes, including Club Wembley tickets for England vs Brazil next March! This event raised an amazing £1,565 for CRASH.
CRASH is delighted to be supported by The Worshipful Company of Constructors (WCoC), and this December CRASH returned as the chosen charity at their annual carol concert.
In true festive spirit the WCoC and its members gathered at St Lawrence Jewry, Guildhall, London for the beautiful service. Those who attended generously donated £715 for CRASH and our work with homelessness charities and hospices.
