The Wildgoose Chase raises £26,900 for CRASH
CRASH is delighted to announce that this year’s Wildgoose Chase, sponsored by Taylor Wimpey, raised an incredible £26,900 for CRASH.
The event, which was developed by Taylor Wimpey graduates in 2017, welcomed 25 teams from Taylor Wimpey, VolkerFitzpatrick, Rydon, London Building Control, Osborne, SUMO Services, Arcadis, Rock Kitchen Harris, Focus and NPA24:7.
Teams arrived and set off armed with an iPad taking on different challenges across central London. Some of the challenges included making a movie, a silly walk competition inspired by Monty Python; constructing three paper airplanes and capturing a photo of the planes in flight, and creating a short rock ‘n roll music video.
Arcadis’ Goosebusters 2.0 were crowned the 2019 Wildgoose Chase champions taking home the trophy and medals.
The money raised will enable CRASH to continue helping homelessness charities and hospices with their vital building projects.

‘‘The Wildgoose Chase continues to be a fun and engaging team-building event in CRASH’s fundraising calendar. It was wonderful to welcome teams from across the industry for an afternoon of silly tasks and challenges and fantastic to see everyone get into the spirit of things. Thank you to everyone for being such good sports and for raising a terrific amount for CRASH!’’
