Inflatable 5k Obstacle Course

Taking place in St Albans and many other locations, the world’s largest and best inflatable 5k obstacle run is back for 2025!

With routes from 2.5k to 15k, this fun-packed obstacle course is perfect as a team-building activity, a family day out or a personal challenge for those new to running, why not enjoy this unique opportunity all while raising money for CRASH. Alternatively, spectate from the comfort of a picnic blanket and watch friends or family compete in the course.

Entry fee is £35 per person
CRASH recommends £50 as the minimum fundraising target per person, but don’t hesitate to get in touch if you feel this might not be achievable
Groups entering are encouraged to set a fundraising target as a team
