Spring into action for CRASH: ways to support your industry charity this Spring

1. New bathroom for homelessness charity

“The new bathroom at our move-on house is a welcome addition for the seven residents who live there. Thanks to CRASH and their Corporate Patrons, the savings achieved corresponds to 12 weeks of therapy for four people, addressing substance misuse issues. That is four homeless addicts reflecting on their lives, being helped to reclaim those lives, and preparing for a worthwhile, independent future.”

Mossie Lyons, Chief Executive at Kairos Community Trust

2. Creating engaging managers with Hanson’s fundraising challenge

Corporate Patron Hanson included a fundraising project within their ‘Creating Engaging Managers’ (CEM) Programme for a third year, encouraging team-building, creative-thinking and communication to make it a success.

3. Spring into action for CRASH

How do you plan to support CRASH this year? This month, industry professionals have stepped up to walk 10,000 steps a day for The BIG March. CRASH has only 8 places remaining in the Ford Ride London-Essex in May, running events across the country, and the team are here to help with your own fundraising activities.

4. Corporate Patron of the Month

Each month CRASH will crown a new ‘Corporate Patron of the Month’ to thank the companies and individuals who support our work through helping with projects to fundraising.

Congratulations to our first Corporate Patron of the Month, Glazing Vision, for completing the challenge of running the Cambridge Half Marathon. From first marathons to Personal Bests; the 5-strong team came together to train, run and fundraise over £500 in aid of CRASH.
